Can i reschedule my party for free? What's the deadline?
Parties can be rescheduled at no charge, but must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the party is not permitted.
Do guests who aren't jumping need to sign a waiver?
All guests-including both jumpers and non-jumpers—must sign a waiver before participating orentering the attractions area.
How early should we arrive before the party starts?
Please arrive 20-30 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow for check-in and preparation.
What happens if our party runs longer than scheduled?
Additional fees will apply for parties that exceed their scheduled time.
When is full payment due?
Full payment is required before your party's jump time begins.
Can i downgrade my package on the party day?
Package downgrades on the day of the party are not allowed. All bookings are final.
