All deposits are non-refundable.

Parties can be rescheduled at no charge, but must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the party is not permitted.

All guests-including both jumpers and non-jumpers—must sign a waiver before participating orentering the attractions area.

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow for check-in and preparation.

Additional fees will apply for parties that exceed their scheduled time.

Full payment is required before your party's jump time begins.

Package downgrades on the day of the party are not allowed. All bookings are final.

Banners, balloons, and table decorations are all welcome, as long as they do not damage our walls. You may also arrive 15–30 minutes before the party, and your party host will be happy to assist you with decorating.

Unfortunately, the arcade points included in the package cannot be exchanged for other items.

Yes, of course! You are welcome to bring your own plates and napkins if you'd like.

Our attractions are fenced off. Parents who are only attending the party and not participating in the activities may stay outside the play areas at no cost. If parents would like to join the activities, an additional ticket will be required.

Each child's grip socks are included at no extra cost. Parents'socks, however, are not included. Please remind all adult guests—even those who are not jumping—to bring socks. For cleanliness and safety, shoes must be removed inside the facility, and barefoot entry is not allowed.

This package does not include any parent tickets. If parents would like to join the children and play, there is an additional fee per person plus grip socks.

Yes, the birthday package includes up to 10 kids total, and the birthday child is counted in that number.
